Product Information
1. The surface coating can be used for the surface treatment of different specifications and different purposes. It can be plated with silver, cadmium, tin and zinc.
2. The surface coating Thread Inserts is selected according to the specific requirements of the service environment. High temperature environment (aircraft engine) choose silver plating, eliminate potential difference (ship, radio wave) choose cadmium plating.
3. At the same time, it has all the functions of conventional Thread Inserts.
Thread inserts is made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel material, which forms a reliable internal thread after installation and embedding. It can significantly improve the strength and wear resistance of low-strength engineering materials such as aluminum, magnesium, copper alloy, plastic, plexiglass and rubber board.
