Description
Wire thread inserts can be used to strengthen threads and extend service life. Each insert member load balancing by bolts and holes, thereby maintaining or increasing the pull-out resistance. After mounting the wire threaded inserts, can obtain a more uniform distribution of loads and stresses. Free routing thread inserts are usually made of 304(18-8) stainless steel wire rolled into a diamond-shaped cross-section.
The copper threaded sleeve is made of phosphor bronze, its conductivity is significantly improved, and it is non-magnetic. Special requirements apply to the conductive and magnetic products.
