Colored 304 Stainless Steel Wire Helicoils Thread Insert Custom Size Insert
Information
Wire thread inserts can be used to strengthen threads, giving applications a longer life. Each insert sharing the load over the entire bolt and hole, improving holding or pull out resistance. With a Recoil insert installed, a more even distribution of load and stress can be achieved. Recoil inserts are generally made of type 304 stainless steel wire rolled into a diamond shape cross-section.
Advantage
1. Extend the service life: Because the steel wire screw sleeve is made of stainless steel and has high hardness, the service life of the softer base is increased by tens to hundreds of times.
2. Enlarge the bearing surface: it can be used for thin mechanical parts that need to be firmly connected but cannot increase the diameter of the screw hole.
