Introduce
Self tapping inserts is a kind of fastener with internal and external thread and cutting hole or groove. There are two kinds of materials: carbon steel and stainless steel. The surface of carbon steel is galvanized (yellow zinc, color zinc and blue zinc), and stainless steel is the natural color of metal.
Self tapping inserts are cylindrical metal bushings with internal and external threads and are specially designed to cut their own threads as they are being driven into a drilled hole.
